I’m excited to be selling my new leather range at the Forty Hall Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December 2019. There will be lots of leather Christmas gifts for sale. It would be lovely to see you there.
I will be selling my handcrafted leather goods at the craft fair in Enfield Town on Sunday 19th May 2019 from 12pm – 6pm. I will be selling my new leather collection and taking orders for leather goods.
This fair has been organised by the Old Enfield Charitable Trust. Craft makers who create their own goods will be at these stalls.
It would be lovely to see you.
Works from artists all across the UK have been included in this national database and I am very pleased that my leather work has been included.

We had lots of fun making books using African fabrics at Hornsey Library during Black History Month.
People had the chance to bring their own materials to make their own special notebooks. Everyone was proud of their own creations.
I was commissioned to make a contemporary Bible cover using purple leather and African fabrics in the Inez design.
Many things inspire me to make the things I make. This light fixture in a North London Church (Newcourt Christian Centre) really inspired my Inez designs and the layering effect I create with leather and textiles.
I am so pleased with the final result and so was the lady who commissioned me to make the Bible:
“What a blessing! To take a book which is so special on the inside and to have that beauty displayed on the outside. Meloleather makes it so you CAN judge a book by its cover! Thank you.” Harriet.
Christmas is almost here!
I am very excited to be participating in this year’s Designer Craft Fair in Southgate on Sunday 17th November.
Please see www.openstudios.uk.com for more details and visit me at the fair:

When my leather running track was on display in Bruce Castle Museum for the London Olympics last year, I was very excited! I am as equally excited with what is taking place for this year’s Black History Month celebrations.
An exhibition in association with the Fitzwilliam Museum (Cambridge University) has been curated at Bruce Castle Museum. Included are three Afro combs I have covered with leather and my own Afro comb memories.
This exhibition is on until February 2014. Bruce Castle is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 1pm – 5pm. Please visit this exhibition and let me know what you think of my combs.

Best leather wishes,
I am now a part of the Creative Exchange group based in North London. It has been wonderful to meet so many other creative people and to be a part of their Pop-Up Shop at Blockbuster. Work from members of Creative Exchange is displayed in this vacant store. It is also rotated frequently.
Watch this space! There will be a lot more activity at Blockbuster as we all prepare for the Christmas Fair.
